Lovely Literary Events, London

Polari is on tonight at the Royal Festival Hall. It's hosted by Paul Burston and will feature Alex Drummond, Mark McCormack, Vicky Ryder, Michael Wynne and Stuart Wakefield. The long list for The Polari First Book Prize 2012 will also be announced.

Tonight's event starts at 8.30 pm and tickets are £8.

The Literary Salon is at Aubin & Wills in Covent Garden on Thursday 12th
Alex Preston will read from Bleeding City.
Jake Arnott will read from Just For You.

In the author event at The Bookseller Crow on the Hill in Crystal Palace on Thursday 12th, Kerry Hudson will read from Tony Hogan Bought Me an Ice-cream Float Before He Stole My Ma, Stuart Evers will read from If This Is Home and Suzy Joinson will read from A Ladie Cyclist's Guide to Kashgar.
